The past few weeks honey Ted & I have been snacking on Power Up Snacks. We have never been big fans of trail mIx, because the brands we've tried before were usually stale, chewy, and never had much flavor. Totally opposite when it comes to Power Up!  We were pleasantly surprised when we first started snacking, how soft the fruits are. The nuts are crunchy and fresh, not hard & stale. Together the combos make for yummy, healthy snacking...Power Up Snacks!
   
My sweet tooth has had me reach for the Power Up more often than the candy, which is big for me. The same w/ honey Ted. He's skipped the chips for Power Up more often. Power Up Snacks different combos that make you feel good, and gives you energy to get through the work day, a boost after a workout, or just enjoying a snack that you feel good about after eating it. 

I have also found Power Up Snacks mix in well w/ many things I enjoy baking and eating. By adding Power Up I'm kicking up my goodies w/ more nutrition and flavor. Double Bonus! Sunday brunch this weekend had me making a  Power Up Kicked Up Banana Bread that's perfect for just about anytime. It's really easy too! 



Power Up Kicked Up Banana Bread

1- Box Pillsbury Quick Bread Banana Mix
1- cup of milk - I used skim, or whatever type you enjoy
1/2 container of  Triple Zero Greek Yogurt plain & carmel (4oz)
1/3 cup egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2/3  to 1 cup of Power Up Snacks- Natures Mix for this one. Any combos you like would work. You can also crush up the nuts so the nuts blend better in the mix. 

Mix them all together in a bowl, and bake in a greased bread pan at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
