As tired as many are about hearing about Social Distancing. Dreading on how much longer doing it, due to COVID-19 outbreak. The grades show how seriously the states and different areas within a state are taking Social Distancing by the numbers obtained of the spread of coronavirus.

There is a Social Distancing Scoreboard that was created to be able to see it in action all across that country ..."According to the World Health Organization and the CDC, Social Distancing is currently the most effective way to slow the spread of COVID-19. We created this interactive Scoreboard, updated daily, to empower organizations to measure and understand the efficacy of social distancing initiatives at the local level."

As of today (4/7) the state of Texas has a grade of a C, which is average. Travis County is sitting at an A-, with much stronger social distancing guidelines / rules to follow along w/ the state, and it looks like it's working.  Even w/ the rising postive cases, which are coming to light as more testing is being done. Keep the Social Distancing going to keep stay in the A range and keep slowing down the spread of Covid-19, and stopping it sooner rather than later.  Williamson & Hays counties both have a B-  Click here to see other counties, and how other states are doing.

Adding a face covering when you have to go to public places to get essentials such as groceries / prescription has been recommended, and could be enforced soon. Limit these trips, and only have 1 person go. Less is more in the case of Social Distancing / Physical Distancing to stop the spread of coronavirus. The sooner we do this, the sooner we can be Social Together again. Please stick w/ the plan. It's a Lifesaving one for many!
