It's never fun getting a Headache. If you are having a problem getting rid of the constant pressure in your head. Here are some Life Hacks that seem to help many who get Headaches often. Eco-Friendly Headache Hacks:

  1. Drink Water : Many headaches come from dehydration. The more water you drink and water based foods you eat,  the better you will feel. When you drink water the headache symptoms in almost all dehydration cases go away 30 minutes to 4 hours. 
  2. Proper Sleep: Sleep deprivation causes many problems, with a headache being one of them. This can only be cured by sleeping. A study found that people who got less than 6 hours of sleep tend to get more headaches than those who got more sleep. 
  3. CBD Oil Massage: Massage is a great way of getting the stress out of the muscles, and let us relax. Getting a facial/ scalp/ neck Massage w/ CBD oil. The oil reduces discomfort and pain. 
  4. Chiropractic Care: Getting an adjustment can be extremely helpful and recommended for those who suffer from headaches. 

  5. Vitamin B-12: Many times we aren't getting enough of B-12, especially if you aren't a big almond, fish and sesame seed eater. With a doctor's recommendation, those having headaches find natural headache relief by  getting vitamin B-12 in daily.
